Roselyn Weber White, age 91, of Hondo passed away Friday, Aug. 14, 2015, in a Nursing Home in Kerrville. Born in Hondo, Sept. 2, 1923, she was the daughter of William Ben and Lydia Amanda Riff Weber. Roselyn was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 63 years, William "Bill" White; grandson, Sgt. William Cody Eckhart; and all her siblings, infant Mary, Joe Russell, Roland Doyle and William Richard Weber, and Rubedel "Dell" Cheatle. Survivors include her daughters, Terri Lynn (Ronnie) Eckhart of Rocksprings and Shauna Gail (Bob) Cook of Concan; four grandchildren, Staci (Shad) Schoenfeldt, Erin (Kasey) McComb, Freddy (Madison) Huser; and seven great-grandchildren, James, Cody, Eli, Kendall, Kyler, Jasper and Evie Jane. Funeral service will be held Saturday, Aug. 22, 10 a.m., at First United Methodist Church, Hondo, followed by interment at Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section. The family suggests memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
