Sandra Kay Mobley, age 63, of Hondo passed away Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012. Born May 25, 1949, in Peoria, IL, she had lived in Hondo for several years. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; mother, Betty Cook; father Gene Mobley; and brother, Leslie Cook. She is survived by her daughter, Linnia Riley of Pekin, IL; son, Phillip Zabst of Glen Burnie, MD; daughter, Betty Wislow of Hubbard; brothers, Tom Mobley of Kentucky and Gary Cook of Illinois; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A memorial service will held at her home in Hondo on Friday, Oct. 26.
