Thomas Earl Jacobs, III, age 49, of Hondo, passed away Thursday, Sept. 28, 2006. He was born Nov. 30, 1956, in San Antonio. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Earl Jacobs Jr. and son, Thomas Earl Jacobs IV. He is survived by his children, Christina Hudson, Sandra Murphy, Jennifer Jacobs, Rebecca Warner, Jonathan Jacobs; brother of Larry Harris, Richard Harris, Jerry Harris, Connie Corley, Lynn Carter, Donna Murphy, Larry Miller, Bobby Harris; mother, Betty Jean Harris; stepfather, Gerald Harris; three grandchildren The Guinn-Horger Chapel will be open for visitation from 6 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 2. Graveside service will be Tuesday, Oct. 3, 11 a.m., at Yancey Cemetery.
