Victoria A. Ibarra, age 97, passed away on July 25, 2005 in San Antonio. She was born on January 12, 1908, in Sabinal, Texas, the daughter of Fernando & Prudenciana (Gomez) Alcorta. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Valentin Ibarra; brother Fernando Alcorta, Jr.; sisters Isabel Lopez, Otilia Gomez, Angelita Rodriguez Victoria is survived by her son Rodolfo Ibarra and wife Herminia of San Antonio; daughters Consuelo Munoz and husband Rodolfo of San Antonio, Carmel Ramos and husband Alfredo of San Antonio; nine grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren. The Rosary Service was Tuesday July 26, at 7:00 p.m. at the Guinn-Horger Funeral Home and the Funeral Mass, officiated by Fr. Wallis Stiles, was at 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 27, at the Holy Cross Catholic in D'Hanis. The Burial followed at the San Francisco Cemetery in D'Hanis.
