Viola Violet (Chamberlain) Ryan of Lytle, Texas, passed away October 2, 2005, at the age of 89. She was born July 15, 1916, in Sweetwater, the daughter of John D & Mary Frances (Singleton) Chamberlain. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Paddy Ryan; daughter Betty Holzer; son-in-law Richard Wayne Adams. Viola is survived by her son Vaughn John Shreeve and wife Linda of Leander; daughter Charlotte June Adams of Quihi; four grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren. The Visitation is scheduled from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 4, at the Guinn-Horger Funeral Home. The Graveside Service, officiated by Pastor Cliff Harden, will be at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday October 5, at the Quihi Cemetery.
