Willetta Margaret (Mackey) Ligon of Hondo, Texas, passed away February 3, 2006, at the age of 82, in Hondo. She was born August 5, 1923, in Austin, the daughter of Willie & Josephine (Conley) Mackey. Willetta was a long time MedAid at Community Care Center in Hondo. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson Michael Jordan Ligon. Willetta is survived by her daughter Joetta Garrett and husband Alexander of Riverside, CA; son Michael A. Ligon and wife Faye of San Antonio; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. The Visitation was from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 10, at the Guinn-Horger Funeral Home and the Funeral Service, was at 11:00 a.m. Saturday February 11, at the West End Baptist Church in Hondo. Interment followed in Cottonwood Cemetery.
